A genuine interest for homemade and foraged food is the reason why I started a food swap network. A food swap is an event where people get together and trade homemade, foraged or homegrow food. After reading about the phenomenon in a magazine and after finding out there were no such thing in my city, I took the decision to start my own network. And so Malmö Food Swap was born!
