Strawberry Bliss Fruity


Strawberry Bliss Fruity is a fresh, great tasting beverage. A fruity resembles a smoothie but it’s made of fruit only. Strawberry Bliss consists of only four ingredients. Strawberry, orange, lime and ginger together make this the perfect treat for your breakfast. It has a tangy, warm (from the lime and ginger) sweetness that is so delicious and that will make you reach for yet another glass.  Strawberries are not famous for their content of nutrition but more for their sweet and very appreciated flavour. But strawberries does actually have a fair amount vitamin C and it’s a good source of antioxidants. That means it is not only delicious but also pretty good for you! And just so you know, Strawberry Bliss Fruity is a great treat any hour of the day.

Strawberry Bliss Fruity


  • 450 g strawberry (frozen or fresh, preferably organic)
  • 3 orange
  • 2 lime
  • 2 cm fresh ginger


1. Wash and rinse the strawberries. Place them inside a blender.

2. Add the juice from the oranges and limes.

3. Remove the peel from the ginger and divide in smaller parts. Add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix until it becomes smooth. If you use fresh strawberries you might want to chill the fruity before you serve it since it tastes better when served cool. Enjoy!

Juice Of The Month – Addictive Morning Boost

DSC_07380024- It is February and time for another Juice of the Month. This time a year I find it very difficult to leave the bed in the mornings. It is dark and cold outside and the bed is way too tempting. The juice Addictive Morning Boost is the right cure for that. The combination of apple, carrot, lemon and ginger makes the perfect drink for sleepy mornings. It is sweet, tangy, warming and full off vitamins. Ginger is known to be anti-inflammatory, good for your digestion and a great boost to your immunity system. And that´s just a few of all the great things about it. I could go on and on and on… Carrot and apple are staples in most kitchens. You eat them but perhaps you don´t stop to think of exactly how healthy they are. I recently read an article about the great health benefits of carrots. Two groups of nutrients work together in a synergistic way which makes the carrot protective against CVD (cardiac vascular disease) and prevent oxidative damage. Apple is a great source of pectin which helps lower your blood sugar level. What goes without saying is that both carrots and apple are packed with vitamins. I add lemon mainly for the taste but of course it is also nice with a little vitamin C boost. The good thing about this juice is that you possibly already have all the ingredients at home. I like it easy and making juice is much easier if you don´t have to buy a lot of ingredients. I always try to use organic fruit and vegetables. If you do, you don´t have to peel it. You then get more good stuff in your juice since the peel contains a lot of the nutrition. Addictive Morning Boost truly is addictive and once you have tried it you won´t be able to imagine your winter mornings without it. Juice of the Month - Addictive Morning Boost

  • Servings: 2-3 glasses

  • 4 medium carrots
  • 4 apples
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cm fresh ginger


1. Wash the apples and cut each apple in four pieces. Remove the stems.

2. Peel the carrot (if not organic) and cut them in halves.

3. Remove all the zest from the lemon.

4. Remove the peel from the ginger.

5. All the ingredients are now ready for the juice extractor. Fire away and enjoy!
